If NYC doesn't want any trials for 9-11 terrorist held there, I say why not
Buffalo? After all this is where the intelligence failures during the Clinton
administration happened that lead to their success on 9-11.
MY 1999 WTC Plane
Attack Plot TIP to FBI
As any of
you that have read my site knows that I left the
FBI messages that
their where Arabs at a Local gas station talking about ramming planes into
the World Trade center and Pentagon in 1999 when the original terrorist got
resentence for setting a bomb off in the basement of the towers. Further I
am 98-99% sure that the one man at the Gas station ( didn't work their but
always coming around) was the terrorist that is now in custody in Yemen! All the pictures they showed of him he's not
wearing the black turban, and his bread was cleaner
kept ( he was more disheveled looking in person) in pictures of him, than
when he was skulking around Lackawanna and Cheektowaga in 1999 and I
remember him giving the evil eye to the other Arab ( who identifies himself
as Mike) arguing with me
about if the WTC buildings would be coming down ( collapsing) after getting hit with a plane
because it had an exoskeleton!
Plus a $200 million dollar spending from the federal government for security
( don't take a penny less than It would have cost in NYC),
and the economic stimuli that will come from the hearings being held in
Buffalo, especially if
televised would be great and everyone downstate and in government and living
in NYC would owe us one big-time!
Plus in Buffalo we're not afraid of anything? Are we? NO!
Lets see some justice!
Washington (CNN) --

Courts have ruled over and over that flipping
off a cop or anyone for that matter is free speech and not disorderly
conduct (myself, I wouldn't make it a habit. I can see why cops get pissed
by it), yet it seems that cops in most places charge people with disorderly
conduct over and over for doing just that! (Time.com) |

The Good.....
What is a good cop, police officer?
While hold on to your seats, I figured out today after talking to that
sheriff deputy, what a good police officer is. In my opinion a good cop is a
police officer that doesn't allow people to push his buttons and can remain
objective during the situation at hand. He holds himself together and
doesn't fall apart out in the field. He might go to the station house or
talk to his police buddies and bitch about the situations that took place
and blow off steam, but when he's out doing his job he doesn't over react
and is calm and detached from the action he's intervening into or the
situation he's interrupting and the situation he is creating.
I am going to say that a good cop should be like the sheriffs deputy in the
7th floor PT 15- 2 PM on January 9th, 2007.

Seattle WA is the safest place in
the nation to have a Heart attack because every cop car has a

Accredited by CALEAÒ * like the
Elmira NY* this is a
very useful and well designed website.
"The Commission on Accreditation for Law
Enforcement Agencies, Inc. (CALEAÒ), was
established as an independent accrediting authority in 1979 by the four
major law enforcement membership associations: International Association of
Chiefs of Police (IACP); National Organization of Black Law Enforcement
Executives (NOBLE); National sheriffs' Association (NSA); and Police
Executive Research Forum (PERF)."*
I have found that more affluent areas of the country the
police treat non-criminals better.
(Montgomery County Maryland),
Amherst NY , also
Utah, and
NV.
Below I had previously floated the theory that in communities where police
treat the general public and business's fairly and practice integrity, the
police actually stimulate economic growth and wealth and prosperity. Well it
seems that
Calea®
agrees with me and actually out of the
10 Best Cities to live in 2006, a big 8 cities out of the 10 cities best to
live in police departments are
Calea®
accreted and Calea®
makes a like connection or conjecture close to
that I had previously made below.
A smart group of cops I would say! Actually,
I will go one step further and say that communities where police treat the
general public and small business owners more fairly and practice
integrity actually stimulate economic growth and wealth by not burdening
the honest or good intending populace and businesses with the damage cause
by investigations of what should be civil matters. This increases the
tax base over the long run. Lets face it, the only people that can survive
such investigations whatever the out come is, are companies with unlimited
resources. I will say the
Amherst
NY
detectives are a smart bunch of guys when judging civil or criminal and
waste of time or malicious prosecution and its not that I haven't butted
heads with them over things, but if you talk to them they seem to be able to
figure what's what and back off if their first response was wrong. This is
what some cops can't seem to do.
Some police departments are hard on criminals such as
Las Vegas Metro Police, but fair to non criminals.
I find that
State Troopers
are the most professional and responsive to dealing with the general public.
I am also going to say I am really impressed with the
NFTA WNY Cops when I had a problem with a traffic person, actually
persons at the Airport( they looked like prison convicts and where rude and
yelling at everyone), the Chief: Joseph Riga actually called me, listened to
what I said, addressed my concerns and made the appropriate changes and they
the traffic people are much more professional now.
They actually have
a
complaint form on their
web site, departments that have a
complaint process
that they don't hide are committed to integrity and professionalism.
Some people will disagree, but I think the
Buffalo NY cops are
cool. They don't hassle you for speeding unless you run them off the road.
If you have a party they may bust in and they break it up and let everyone
go, and if your straight with them they may laugh, but they will let you go
and their pretty good judges of character. They don't bother with minor
stuff and are usually pretty good with the general public.
Somebody might be saying the Buffalo police just shot an
un armed black kid. To that I say this is why we need cameras in all police
vehicles. Further I'm going to say to me in my opinion it looks like an
accidental shooting. Listening to the News today 7/6/2007 it turns out
this kid and other kids where shooting at a van they where chasing, violent
felony stop if kids hands weren't up or wasn't obeying commands case closed,
stupid kid got himself killed! Cop shooting justified.
I also believe that police officers shouldn't issue
tickets to other off duty police officers, prison guards, court officials,
and civilians, and family in these departments or fire departments full time
or volunteer for speeding, illegal parking and minor infractions. The
reasoning behind this is. If a police officer don't pay respect to others in
their field, or related fields, what kind of respect do you think
police officers are going give the general public?
I also don't have a problem when a police officer lets the
handicapped and the elderly slide for minor infractions. I also don't have a
problem when police let the business and people who donate their money,
goods and services, or give discounted goods and services to police
departments, the
PBA the youth leagues and other
police associations a slide for minor infractions. It goes double for
community police, policing organizations,
neighborhood watch, block crime prevention clubs and the sort.
To the contrary, if you don't know whose got your back as
a police officer and who you can rely on in the civilian population for help
and support and to report crimes and be your eyes and ears you shouldn't be
a police officer, cop and if you are, your probably no good at being police
officer!
I will give Cheektowaga NY
police an A plus when it comes to letting drunks walk home and even giving
them lifts at night. I have heard stories of this happening lots of times
over the years.

Also, it is my belief that all police departments should have 24/7 video
front view, rear view, and in police car front, and police car back seat
with GPS recording with audio, and video not controlled by the police
officer in the car. Neither should ever be shut off , and the memory unit
should not be accessible to that officer either. They should be able to make
copies from it, but never delete the original, this would protect police
officer, police department, the public, and also last and least the
criminals rights.

The Bad...
9-11-2001"A
day that will live in Infamy"
I think a lot of problems with youth, especially the poor and black youth
stem from unethical treatment and the police sending mixed messages. If
youth learns there is no benefit to being truthful and law abiding and what
ever you do its just going to be a crap shoot, when it comes to dealings
with the police and life, then it becomes every ones problem when these kids
get older.
Think about this, this is a great
analogy. A Poker Game.
A
Married Black Canton Ohio Police officers white unmarried 26 year old lover
Jesse Davis, who has one child with the officer and one child on the way is
missing and probably dead.
I have said it before that
Judges that let child
predators go with just probation should be looked at themselves as
having the same sick tendencies as those they let go and should not be
re-elected or appointed to the bench.
In my opinion It's unethical for police
to endanger the lives of the public chasing a vehicle that was not involved
in a violent crime, or previous accident, hit and run fatality. Also your
life shouldn't depend on the carp shot of where you are located or what
agency is involved. The Maryland State police won't even ticket cars on the
beltway during rush hour because rubber neckers cause accidents sometimes
involving the car pulled over. The
Association of Trial Lawyers of America estimates that federal officials
have documented 5,306 deaths during police pursuits in the last 16 years.
Some places in my opinion are just plain police states and the local
police departments run rampant answering to nobody, doing whatever the
police officers want, one example in the news being
New Orleans Department, but I am not talking about the Police there and
I have never been there.
ADA Requirements for
Handicapped Parking for all Businesses and Most Government Agencies in USA
This is usually the fault of the police chief and law
makers for not implementing proper procedure and oversight and rules in
their police departments for the officer in there department's. I am
not talking about the occasional free meal for police officer, or discounted
meal for the cop or free coffee for police, cops. Also, I am not talking
about police that drive their police car over the posted speed limit or use
there police car red light because they don't feel like waiting for the
light.

Police, cops that drive with their head lights off at
night if your going over 5 miles an hour, especially in residential areas,
where kids are located and might be playing street ball or hockey or riding
there bikes or crossing the streets.
A kid sometimes ends up getting killed and the cop always becomes a basket
case. Wouldn't You be a basket case, if that happened?
Police, cops that smoke pot when they're not at work and
advertise it to everyone and everyone knows it. Hey I went to high school
with this guy and his brother, I like all of them, but he was always the guy
with pot for sale in high school, some things never change, a lot of people
use to say hey cool a cop that smokes pot. Good Cop family. Do they
still own that bar? Former employee of mine married into the family good
guys! Don't advertise! Especially if it makes you do illegal things!
Hey, if it mellows you out and you keep it to your self at home, you can
always say it was a contact buzz from interaction with perps,
but I would suggest just getting Prozac and therapy.
Police, cops who hand out there business card to under
aged drunk girls or boys when responding to a loud party and tell them, any
problems give this to the Police, cops that comes to the door, also call me,
in an attempt to get some, especially when the girl, boy is under
17yrs old. Woman, men over 21yrs of age fine, but now a days a police
officers, cops pay is relatively high, plus with the free or half priced
things people give police, cops your dollars goes twice or 3 times as far as
others, and in some areas police, cops make a lot more than the average
household income for a whole family in the area that they are
patrolling in.
So, there is nothing to be ashamed of, just ask
the woman or man over the age of consent out no strings.
Police, cops who day jobs (moonlighting job) work is for
known or suspected crime figures, drug dealers, gangs, and want-a-bees that
own bars, and other businesses (no it's not necessary for the police, cops
day job employers to have been convicted or even investigated).
I have tons of respect, but no great love of these
Tony Soprano types, no hate either. I am more indifferent, but I will say
these guys work hard at what they do, and hey I'm not giving away any
secrets here, and I have empathy with the position of don't let somebody
destroy everything you have worked for. The Soprano Types are more
non-judgmental than most, because they are always being accused themselves,
and believe it or not they do some good in communities. If you are ever in
business, you are going to run across them. Anyways my opinion is your
stupid if you snitch or rat on them for any reason if your the general
public, it will get back to them, especially when they have police, cops
working for them. Is it no wonder, TV and Movies and the general public
glamorize them in TV and films
I have no respect for the police, cops that day job is
for them, and my day job employer has never been charged, or convicted is
not an excuse for you or your department.
Everyone who has lived in
a specific area for a number of years knows what the score is and your
chief of police or captain or lieutenant should be approving or
disproving all moonlighting with this in mind. Everyone should get approval
from someone up the ladder and everything should be reviewed by the police
chief monthly. This isn't fool proof either because the best jobs for these
people go to the Captains and Lieutenants as far as I have seen, its just
these police get the pick of the crop working for the real power at their
legitimate businesses. No bar duty for them.
If Police, cops or your department are setting up road
blocks or stopping people to target the competition of the bar, restaurant
that gives police, cops free drinks. That is a problem. If you let that
bar stay open past legal hours and serve under aged drinkers while you turn
a blind eye in exchange for free drinks and meals you shouldn't be a
police officer, cop, or a Judge.
Illegal actions by police officers, cops repaying or
not just ignoring, but approving or encouraging illegal activity or
participating in illegal activity for the benefits of the free services or
money, that's a problem.
Police, cops that try to
maliciously prosecute you with made up felonies after their Lawyer buddy
lost a civil court case to you and you told that lawyer he was worst then
Telemarketing scum that take old peoples money.
Police, cops letting biker gangs deal drugs out of their
bar, when their not busy selling fish dinners on Fridays, and beers
all the time. Police, cops also letting them beat the heck out of patrons
regularly and every time the people or persons they beat up call the police,
cops for help, you take the bars workers reason, that person they beat up
slipped on the steps. (Not me, because there would have been people with
broken legs, arms, and teeth, if I went in there). If that is the truth, you
should write up a report stating that lie, with all names of the bar
workers and witness statements, so that person can sue in court that bar for
having steps that make people trip and hurt themselves every day or week or
so.
Police, cops who never once arrested the neighborhood
fence even though he has been in the same place 30 yrs. I knew my former
partner in one of my former businesses was stealing from our business the
moment I saw the caller ID displaying the name L**** M**** on my caller ID,
it seems like the whole neighborhood knew , but the police, cops never
figured it out.
