Once again I'm going to say Alesi?( Bueller?), Alesi?( Bueller?), Alesi?(
Bueller?), how as an SRO could you allow the employ of a Substitute teacher
who killed a child during a Karate demonstration negligently. Then spent 7
years in jail for manslaughter in the 80's didn't report it on his
employment application for substitute teacher at the Gowanda High School and
the only reason he was caught is the superintendant saw a news article on
the guy. Why aren't the professionals the you the SRO running the back
ground checks and catching this stuff before these people are employed long
term or at all? If you want a patronage job make sure you do that job
correctly! Especially when it pertains to children!
One more thing people in charge of these schools its 2008. You don't send
calendars, letters, or other media out, with pictures of children, and never
bus route schedules, unless you know their is a child in that
household that goes to your school.
Why not just give a pedophile a map to where all the children live?
Why not just put the bus routes up on the internet in a non secure area? (If
I can find them, you can bet the pedophiles can find them, I didn't put the

living in the village of North Collins? ( you cant miss apply
the law here because a village is the smallest government division, you
can't say the town was here before we became a village so I can get either

the village unless adopted by a vote of the village trustees, because
technically the town exist in the village, no technically it doesn't, but
the town buildings may exist in the village because it was their before the
village, and if you dissolve the village the town absorbs the former village
back into it, I guess)
In Erie county, and you
also are still able to meet the residency requirement for your job as a
deputy sheriff SRO officer in
Cattaraugus county?
Don't tell me actually even though you are sheriffs deputies, you aren't
really, because you work in schools and don't want the kids thinking of you
as cops. So the residency requirements don't apply to me. I'm special
like Marian Vanni's special she can interlope in the a town she don't live
in and thanks to her job at Belmont she can interlope in Gowanda, and
Lackawanna, and Pakistan and not live in any of them! That's a triple play
interloper, the hat trick, she make rules and regulations and laws and none
of them effect her personally! She is also beyond accountability with the
rest of you, but she didn't have to become a cop to be beyond
accountability!
Why don't the bunch of you send some more ethics laws up the state
senate, while you ignore all ethics yourselves!

It has come to my attention that this woman Cop( I guess the Chiefs wife)
is now the Village of Gowanda SRO officer and not a county officer anymore
(or she's both), or they made her a village officer which she wasn't before
to keep her in the job, or keep her getting county funding and probably can
get funding from the other county too. I really didn't want her to lose her
job, my only intent was to show just how easy it would be for somebody with
out their house in order to be compromised by criminal elements.
It's stupid things like taking a job that you can no way claim to meet
the residency requirements for because you couldn't be a elected official
some ware else and meat the residency requirements also, illegal maybe a
felony or bunch of them, maybe not but a position that can compromise you in
your work duties. In all reality I really don't think police should run for
office while they are on a police force unless its Sherriff, even town
justice would provide to much conflict of interest, and no separation of
executive and legislative branches, technically I don't see how it's
constitutional!
I'm also not talking about people that live in 2 states part time (even 3
or 4 states), like some elderly or rich, and keep a main residency in one
state. Now almost all states recognize this situation exist, but those
people shouldn't be running for office in the state or city they don't claim
as their primary residence.
Now on to
her Husband.
I am also starting to question this police chief ? Man with Good
intentions that just keeps sticking his foot in his mouth and will work out
as a good police chief in the long run?
Or a man whose boundaries are to blurred from family, friend, and family
business and doing out of town side jobs.( I mean is it the mob skim he
picks up from all the native America gas stations? Or is he getting paid to
be like a brinks truck by every gas station or working for the native
American
Marshals?) Or did he get that job because he's Italian and it use to be the
mob skim he's picking up and now the mobs not on the reservation anymore
since the native Americans are making the money at the Casino and don't need
the silent partners anymore? But the native Americas' liked the job he was
doing? ( You see this is what I mean about the appearance of impropriety,
from what I've seen of the guy I like the guy, but then I see this blur. I
want to remind him he's not only the Chief of Police for businesses, he's
also the chief of police for the least of the residence in Gowanda, the old, the
children and teens and even those in the apartments across from the police
station that where preyed on by drug dealers for years.)
I want to further address this stuff about kids on the street. This summer
in Gowanda a bunch of times while driving threw Gowanda I noticed people on
the streets walking around, kids out playing, teens skate boarding, people
frequenting businesses.
I said to my self: Look at all the people out on the street this place is
alive! This is great! Then Halloween came along and I could not believe all
the kids and parents out on the street, I had to drive down the street at
5mph not to hit anyone.
I realized that in the last year change had come to Gowanda. People weren't
afraid to come out of there houses. They didn't see drug dealers hanging out
in front of the police station. The elder people started shopping at Jubilee
more, a Subway opened, every thing seems like it has changed. I like to
think that people have made the right choices, the native American casinos
have given the native Americans some hope and I've paid a little part in it
by this website letting people they are not alone good values and hard work
and integrity and faith can keep you going and even make life good! The
price of gas probably also had a something to do with people staying close
to home too.
