My Mother is retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield of WNY as an assistant to an executive (different one over the years) in the executive offices for 27 years! She gets insurance from them which she pays a monthly fee for out of her retirement.( They use to cover everything under the sun and charge nothing including cosmetic surgery for employees. It hasn't been that way for about 10 years now)! She also gets benefits from my fathers Ford Motor Company plan out of Michigan Blue Cross Blue Shield and they are her primary insured as a surviving spouse for a factory worker at Ford. On top of that she gets Medicare!

So that's the hat trick! The three point shot! The Gold standard! That's 3 Insurance policies to cover her medical expenses!

Logically you would think she would have no out of pocket medical expenses!

So why am I having to do a bill pay for her threw her Bank of America bank account online bill pay to just one MD for $280 a month for drugs and administrating those drugs weekly that are not covered under any of her plans?! Not by one, but 3 insurance plans, plus co-pays of about $200 a month! ( This is her money from 3 pensions! I'm just doing her book keeping for her as she instructs me too, easier than writing checks! That online bill pay)!

So if you can say with a straight face after hearing this that their is nothing wrong with Health Insurance in America!

Gowanda NY Flood August 2009 in WNY.

Friday August 4, 2009. If you live in Gowanda NY today from 1PM to 7 PM collected water and (I guess food) and cleaning supplies and maybe even cash help( I'm guessing from what was said on TV will be available to all those that have been affected by the flood in the Village. Bring ID and if ID doesn't have your current Gowanda address on them bring a bill from NYSEG or National fuel or a copy of your rental lease if you rent( with your address on them) with your ID! I know that I've spent lots on bottled water this week and I am almost completely out! Also I'd like to remind every one that you should check out your water heaters and heat broilers or furnaces, even thought I got no mud in my basement and only water, my broiler and water heater are out of commission!

The people of the Village that's another story from here on out! Profiteers are already lining up salivating at the mouth. I did see the Stanley Steamer emergency response unit Out! What a joke! Ambulance chasing, after people disparate for help in water damage remediation. ( I hope they upgraded their equipment, they use to have a so-called truck mounted unit that they had to run a cord into people houses to run it off their electricity) They where the butt of all jokes in the industry when I had my company.

 I had portable units more power full then their truck mount units( One unit I owed had two 120 volt lines to it for 240 volts and was portable great for hotel jobs and then I had units that would melt your carpet and suck it and your house threw the return hose if you weren't careful running off of car engines mounted in trucks). Service Mater was always the Gold standard in water restoration, but their rates like Stanly steamer where, are sky high, but their equipment was second to none.( Just remember if some one wants to charge you 8 grand for 8 hours of work or one days work or less their something wrong with that picture don't pay more than $150 for none after hours work and-300 an hour for after hours emergency work for a whole crew four or five guys working on your job including all chemicals and treatments and equipment! That included cleaning and saving furniture, and carpet and applying fungicide and leaving hurricane fans.

So it you've thrown out all the water damaged stuff in your house it shouldn't cost you more that $150 for the chemicals they use and $100-150 and hour charge for applying them say $500- $1000 max. for any one or 2 family home in the Gowanda Village for the whole house nothing more! You can do the job for about $150 bucks or get some teens or relatives to do it for you for the same price see below!

I'm going to give everyone in Gowanda a free tip!( Especially if you don't have flood insurance). I use to own a carpet cleaning and water damage restoration company. I got big bucks, minimum of at least 1k for a small water damage job and even though it was a lot of work pumping and then vacuuming places dry and leaving hurricane fans running until it all dried out( and returning to get them after). The secret to all of it was we put down a concentrated mix of fungicide. I use to buy them in 2oz bottles and mix the bottle with 2 gallons of water and use a pump sprayer and saturate water damaged area with mix and it smelled like water melon. But in a pinch their is the more expensive microban sold and the cheaper and better working in my book Milban123(I always used Harvard Chemical Research products for the tough jobs including Dog and cat accidents) almost everywhere and you can also go down to a farm supply store and pick up some of the stuff farmers spray on potatoes and tomatoes to prevent the blight and or fungus killing tomatoes everywhere. This will assure no mold growth or bad smell after cleaning up water damage from your basement or home. Gloves, long sleeves and oxygen respirator or air filtration mask( non mechanically pumped air filtration mask reduce the amount of oxygen you get and should only be worn by people without heart or lung problems IE: non smokers, young and people in perfect health) should be worn! Spray everything even drywall,  they don't recommend it but it works most times! Even though drywall is porous, if you spray enough it will soak in and prevent mold and an expensive replacement job if your tight on money( drill a hole and spray behind walls if need be)! I would even spray any mud or dirt left that didn't come out it will be sterile mud or dirt after that! When it dries you can sweep it up over time!

One more thing don't listen to everyone that says wash with bleach! It don't work long term or short term! A waste of your energy! And it will discolor your clothes and carpets!

I just saved you thousands of dollars! Or more!  (Disclaimer always follow EPA and NY DEC regulations when using fungicides or chemical remedies and get a copy of the MSDS sheet( businesses are required to keep on file, but if adverse reaction happens you will know what to do and bring to hospital with you). Yes it is illegal for the Dollar General to take deodorant or air sanitizer off the self and spray it in everybody's faces making customers like me sick, unless they have the MSDS on file for each product they use to make you sick trying to rid the store of body odor! ( Also most air sanitizers bind with Oxygen when inhaled much like CO1 and can even lead to heart attack or stroke in the elderly walking threw these stores with chemicals in the air soon after visiting them, if not while visiting them)!

Warning if you live in Gowanda NY the flood waters raging into town passed threw not one but maybe more than 26 acres of un-restored superfund site. 

Do not boil and drink water! Buy bottled water! Do not take a bath! Take a shower and cover all open, cuts, scratches on skin! Also if it's not raining stay indoors with your windows closed and or cover your mouth with cloth or dusk mask if outside to avoid breathing aerated contaminated waste mud and fecal matter from flood!

The western portion of the waste disposal area is on property owned by New York State Electric and Gas (NYSEG), and the eastern portion is on property previously owned by PCC. I know besides the stench of sewage last night their was the smell of kerosene, sulfur and chemicals in the air irritating your lungs and giving you a head ache and if you didn't wash the flood water off your feet for 20 minutes it started to burn almost immediately.

Worse yet today every ones playing in the mud and when the mud dried on roads and the road ways the passing trucks and cars aerated the mud into dust full of fecal matter and chemicals. They should have been using hazardous material containment procedures and they haven't. The easiest thing to do would to take some tanker trucks from Garnet Gravel and clean or wet the streets and not let them dry and disperse chemical and fecal matter into your lungs until the next rain comes and washes the contaminates into the Creek and then Lake Erie.

This is my answer to the c word bitch at channel 4! No, I don't think restoring power takes precedence over protecting children from getting cancer and people's lung health and the long term affects of not addressing this right away, so you can look like the nice person you aren't and I will break this story! (City, Village, they both have Mayors, bitch) !

for the volunteer fireman that called for a hazmat unit when he heard me warning people not to go in the water, that it burns your feet. I guess he was just shot down from higher up for adding an extra dimension and cost to our and first responders safety!

Hero's all the first responders, cops , fire, ambulance crews, putting their lives in danger and working hard to protect people in this crisis! I suggest you also fallow my advice to prevent future health problems (remember the FDNY lost more active duty personal to the after math of 9-11 because of lung problems then they lost in the twin towers an even bigger tragedy in my eyes).

It looks like the Yahoo data center in Lockport is a reality, thanks to Congressmen Schumer, Governor Paterson and some new thinking at the NY power authority and even the Niagara county IDA.( story Buffalo news) In line with my thinking that Niagara power should only be used for projects in WNY (like  internet and infrastructure for the USA's green future) or projects that promote environmental friendly power generation elsewhere, at sources not in WNY by using clean Hydro power to make those power generating units in environmentally friendly factories and plants in WNY for use elsewhere. Stuff like wind mills, water turbines, electric cars, hydrogen cars, propane powered cars etc.,  because we should be using the laws of thermal dynamics to our advantage and not wasting hydro power by sending it long distances. To that end David Dibble, Yahoo! executive vice president for service engineering & operations has stated that this building will be the most advance energy efficient and green building ever built. Now that we are all on the same page WNY has the opportunity to become the leader in this new century in Green power!( and Green Jobs)!

I find it interesting that a new Justice department report is critical of the Erie county holding center. I will have to side with Sheriff Howard on this one though, in relationship to what he has to work with, and that old outdated decrepit building, diminishing funds, and the USA's economic downturn. I would have to say Howard and the Erie County department under him had done a good job.

It always seems whenever a critical report comes from the justice department, it's under a democratic president and there's bad economic times (can a democrat US president bring good economic times, or is it just a given that big business will downsize no matter what a democrat president's policies are?)! Maybe if we ever get a democratic president in office during good economic times, the justice department could put out a critical report and their would be funding available for changes to the structure( but than again democrats seem to fund everything else, so maybe they really don't want prisoners to have it better, but want to make law local law enforcement look bad without providing federal matching funds to make the changes necessary) and not only non-expense changes in personal or discipline enacted by Sheriff Howard, but until they do I commend Sheriff Howard. Did he not fire that deputy that screwed up and let Bucky escape after it was evident that their was irresponsible actions by that deputy?

More about the enemy among us, as my story about before and post 9-11 my views and American views in general and being awakened to the reality that radical Islam propose is  to overthrow every government in the world that isn't ruled by Allah and the mad men that interrupt his will. It doesn't matter if its Israel, the USA or now even China. If your not Islamic they want you dead, but first they want to create an Islamic state inside your country (it don't matter how big of a state) its like all cults have to create a compound first, then they have a base or fort to operate out of protected by the infidels laws protecting freedom of religion, but in all reality Islam is a religion and a country (state unto itself) and the framers of the constitution never envisioned this reality. Actually they did that's why the framed the USA government and constitution as a separation of church and state.( So the government wouldn't run a religion)! The thing is they failed to make provisions for when a religion is actually a state and it is governing its people contrary to the US government law and rule in this country while in this country. Owe but they did, didn't they? It's called treason isn't it? Further belonging to a group of people that advocate overthrowing the US government as a religious duty? Treason. So in all reality every body that practices Islam is guilty of treason because the Koran calls for a Islamic state and the overthrow of all governments including the USA's. And these people are walking around free to do what they want, why? Because we continue to look the other way even after 9-11. Either change the US constitution to allow for an Islamic state or arrest every last one of them, or deport every one of Islamic faith that doesn't have a green card to Mecca the capital of Islam. (Saudi Arabia) I mean we use to let them do what every they wanted because we where ignorant of Islam and thought it was a religion of mercy like Christianity, be we know that's not true anymore. So why aren't we doing anything but arresting the most radical of them?

OIL, so do your patriot duty and conserve energy and demand alternative energy sources and fuels for your automobiles, then Islam can go back to what it use to be a bunch of tribesman running around killing each others tribe in the desert. I agree with Obama, but I also think that a Cop with integrity and professional should have just let the situation diffuse itself and should have given his badge and name and rank( In fact he should have went up to gates in the beginning, and maybe threw a knock on the door frame in on the way in the house, or waited at the door, and said I'm Sergeant Crowley you have a  beautiful house here, but we had a report of a break in and  regardless of the intentions of the citizen that called the police and reported that two black man where breaking into a house, as  police officers we have a duty to verify that this is your house or you have a legal right to be in this house before we can leave, or else we wouldn't be doing our job). even if Gates was over reacting and Crowley should not overreacted as a professional Cop with integrity and see the situation in its totality.  This Cop did not act stupidly! He acted without integrity. His purpose was to bait this guy out of his house( the cop even instructed him to come out of the house. If Gates refused would he be arrested for disobeying a command of a police officer?) where Gates outrage and anger at the cop and his perceived abuse of the cops authority would end up in Gates being punished for it! Punished by the Cop by enforcing the vague most unconstitutional statue on the books everywhere that allow cops to arrest anyone not dependant on the reason for them disturbing the peace including having been criminally wronged if its in a public space, if they witness the disturbance! The Cop should have sucked it up and let it go after the circumstances( and as an example for the Cops under his command) became apparent and he should issue an apology now. Also these Cops knew that he wasn't a burglar or low life or poor or else they wouldn't have sent a sergeant into the house and gates is probably wrong about it being racially motivated! It was probably because Gates didn't give the Higher ranking cop the same courtesy the cops where giving him. ( The cops where giving him some respect and he was to angry to realize it).

More on bandwidth stealing software that routes other peoples traffic threw your computer with or without you knowledge. Like the DNA software. I keep seeing my internet computer sending more packets that it receives, and since my antispyware and anti virus software aren't showing anything and I don't have DNA showing up as a program in my program files I'm perplexed, but then I realize because Verizon thinks that a signal outside the house that goes in and out is within the parameters of acceptable coverage, I have been forced to install Skye to make phone calls (Verizon tells me to by a network repeater so I can use my cell phone in my house@ $250 for equipment. I'll spend the $3 a month on Skype instead), so I look at that and it turns out that the Skype browser plug-in is using my bandwidth weather it is running or not because after I uninstall it my computers fine. (for now) But I'm wondering if I use the main Skype program if it going to activate a bandwidth stealing function again.( I don't mind programs using bandwidth when I'm using them, but I don't like it when they use it when they are suppose to be off! I also don't like so called file sharing software that scans your computer for files and shares them without asking you first and forces you to change the settings to stop it. These actions can force liability on me or you for something we don't realize is going on with our computer, but that's right I have a unsecure internet connection the courts can understand that my connections not secure. But they fail to realize in civil and criminal cases that unauthorized programs and programs that you haven't read the fine print on, or change your computers security settings without your knowledge mean no one's computer is secure and anything less than a authorized charge from a credit card that hasn't been compromised or had its information stolen and traced back to your IP address assuming that your wifi connection is secure because if its not its possible for someone that has stolen you credit card information to park outside you house or business and use your internet connection to order stuff over your IP connection and Wifi with your credit card info stolen off a receipt or online without your knowledge( making it look like you did it).

So, then again, unsecure wifi network good! Secure network bad for civil or criminal liability! Me, I don't worry about it. You see I pay for a random IP from my provider, but I have noticed that I have had the same static IP address for years now (Usually you have to pay more for a static IP, but it's easier to monitor a static connection). My conclusion the FBI and or local police are monitoring my internet connection for the last couple of years! The weird thing is I don't really care, its not like I'm hiding anything accept my insurance password( and that's so dam long it would take every computer on earth I forget how long to break it and I have never used it again on anything else). I don't even use a secure IP tunneling software anymore because I figure that if they know that I use it they can compel the program manufacture and server owner to let them take or monitor my information from their server that connects by SSL and then unsecure to the internet.

It just easier to keep everything else unsecure (big brother is watching)! On that note. Doesn't www mean 666, I mean if this guy was having visions wouldn't that have been roman numbers VI VI VI and wouldn't that look like WWW because they didn't use 12345 back then or does it mean Google, Google Google, since their stated purpose is to know everything about everyone everywhere at all times? I have to laugh at everyone that goes Iran, look at what the government does to the people their protesting the election. Do you really think its any better here when you criticize the powers that be? I mean try to go to Washington DC and march without a permit or riot or take against the government in masses. Governments want to stay in power and keep the status quo.

 Other counties actually have more freedom to congregate and protest. Do you think people in other counties get permits to protest or celebrate in the streets? Or have Gun permits for their Ak-47's that they shout into the air in celebration? We are just more regulated and use to it here!

This is not surprising considering who owns Buffalo Athletic Club and also this location, but actually this sounds like the perp may be the same guy that had the tanning salon on the Westside of Buffalo and was videotaping naked woman laying in the tanning beds in 1997 or something like that.  In my opinion it is always safer legally for companies and people to leave their wifi connection unsecure! With a secure connection if you have spyware or zombie ware on your computer and it connects to unsavory websites or routes file sharing or other software( one example being DNA and other software threats that install surreptitiously and uses your internet connection bandwidth without your knowledge) threw your connection and your security software deletes it and you or another program delete the logs of that clean up and or registry entry's, if you have a secure connection the cops and the courts are going to blame you, if traced back to your IP address, but with an open connection it could be anyone that walks by your place of business or home, and actually those people are unauthorized users weather you block them or not! Also to date this has been the only defense accepted in courts when the music industry traces file sharing back to your IP address whether it was done with your knowledge or automatically surreptitiously without your knowledge threw file sharing or bandwidth stealing software and spyware and viruses, because quite frankly its the only defense the judges on the courts understand. They don't understand spyware, zombie ware, unauthorized installations and if it's not on your computer (unauthorized installations or logs of their deletion) when they seize your computer because your software defenses (anti-virus, anti-spyware, junk cleaner software) have cleaned it up they still may have a geo tag or IP trace saying your computer or another computer or device connected threw your IP address and did something with or without your knowledge. So with a secure connection you have to prove you didn't do it! With an unsecure connection it's next to impossible for them to prove you did it in the minds of court judges that can't understand that software can install and use your computer to damage or connect to other computers or websites without your consent! Growing up as a teen I can remember that the only jeans available where jeans made to fit Heroin addict types, Rock star types like Mick Jagger, David Bowie and they all had stick legs and no ass and even if I brought 2 sizes to big in jeans and had them taken in for my waist they where horrible fitting, because back then it seems that men didn't have asses according to Levi and Wrangler( thank god for the painters pants years. Yeah they wear white but you could breath and walk in them and they had a pocket watch pocket for the pocket watches that where all in style at the same time they where in)! I had and have what was called a European exenterated ass unlike most Americans of the 60,70- early 80's! Jean makers only made jeans for American exenterated  men's asses. Which meant I had to wear jeans that crushed my balls and package and down right hurt me. (Woman just squeezed their asses into the jeans and deformed their asses, but designer jeans came out and where basically made for woman, and not men). Then in the early 90's Levi Strauss came out with relaxed fit and I no longer had to buy husky jeans (not because I was fat which I wasn't back then) and have them tailored! They just fit off the rack and had plenty of room for my athletic thighs my family jewels and package and my European type ass. I laugh when I look back at what we use to wear in the 70's! It looks like a bunch of homo's walking around with our packages out on display! If that is back in style I'm with Obama I'll wear the so called mom jeans! I mean as it is I wear jockeys to keep my package in place and over that boxers or gym shorts mostly to hid my package and nuts and then pants. I don't have to go around advertising what I have. I'm secure in what I have and that what I have works just fine, if not magnificent for the woman! I think in all reality only the homos out there are obsessed( almost all homos are obsessive compulsive disorder, it this one fact alone that leads me to think they are all mentally disturbed and homosexuality is a mental disease and not normal, if you watch any program on TV with homos in it, almost all TV now a days, that fact becomes clear) with tight pants because unlike straight men who get to feast our eyes on woman's breast fairly easy. The Homos have to scheme  to get to check out other men's packages, as long as they are the ones controlling fashion they will keep bringing tight Jean's for men back in fashion.( read...story continues)

You know I agree with Obama's intentions trying to pass a nationwide all inclusive health plan but in order for that to work we need tort reform and patent and trade mark law reform. The reason socialized medicine works in other countries is when you have a EKG or a MRI or a CAT scan, they don't send a check off to the builder of the machine per use of the machine for each cat scan because they aren't enforcing 100 yr patents, they buy the dam machine and that is that. They use it, or they buy a knock off and the use it. It's the same principal that Henry Ford used when he went to make his model A Ford! If had I not have had to go out of state planned before West Herr F'ed me and then went crying to cops because they burned their hand on the fire, I may have told a couple of people including cop( he was a nice guy handed a dog of a bullshit case probably because he's the clean guy on the Hamburg Town detective force, and yes I went to high school with the Adamy's and a Bueteria use to work for me, so like anybody else I would tend to go easy on Hamburg. It's just human nature, but I'm not ignorant about that department because of same circumstances) on the phone after the fact FU see k and had have to give some government honcho up or use an insurance policy all courtesy of Tom Helta (want-a-be) (put your want-be's on a leash will yeah) at West Herd Ford..

If I was falsely arrested or accused of anything at the hands of a want-a-bee! (put your want-be's on a leash will yeah)?! But as things turned out I didn't feel like dealing with the situation and wanted it resolved before I left.

 So I made nice and really didn't give up any rights that I have or was going to ever execute in the future and showed by example a lesson for any youth that read this site in how you should act if someone calls the police on you and they come to the scene regardless of if your breaking the law or not (and the cops being reasonable or not). When I was young I had a friend that swear to God was arrested 39 times and had resisting arrest added on to that almost every time even thought almost every time the original charges where dropped he served most of his jail time for that reason alone resisting arrest!

So if your a disreputable business don't think its that easy to tell me to get lost. I will sue /and or it will cost you more money regardless of if I sue or not than its worth screwing with any one man( and I will keep my cool and not let you push my buttons). And I don't take kindly to people trying to limit my free movement and consumer buying possibilities and trying to protect their fraudulent activities (Here is an idea! Just don't rip me or anyone else off!) You see the only people that could possible have a problem with me are those that want to continue committing crimes, because as I have always said I don't want to see anybody in jail. I just want to see it stop, at least to the point that it is obvious to me or anyone else and we have to look away for you to succeed! ( Actually not  committing your obvious crime on me would be a good start), even if you find other marks that don't mind being marks!( But if your involved in government or policing just stop completely)!

Talked to a Detective Brown at Hamburg Town police department today about this West Herr Thing. I can say the guy was polite respectful and honest, from what I know he's a detective temporary working for his permanent position ( so he got stuck with this dog). I asked him? You investigating the employee who sabotaged my truck? Silence... ( Sadly he should be, but that is not the case, I'm sure it's some one or more than one person at West Herr that had a  bone to pick with me over something else, unrelated to West Herr Ford, probably a convict or on probation or want-a-be) Here's the jest of our conversation. He said,  West Herr Ford doesn't want me down there again, and I said don't want to go to West Herr Ford again( like I would want some idiot wrenching on my truck that's going to sabotage it). He said to complain to Ford not them from now on. (I agree , I told him I filed a complaint to DMV and Ford and if I didn't have video I wouldn't have a leg to stand on. If they tell them to refund me or they get their license yanked, OK, if not there's always small claims in Buffalo). He also didn't tell me I can't complain on any other website, and I told him I would complain on other web sites not West Herr's and not their site (I'm not going to complain on their Youtube channel either, my channel different story that's done already ), and this case is officially dead and  closed. I have better things to do than obese over a couple of hundred bucks and as long as my rear axel doesn't rip off while I'm going down the road and kill me or someone else, this is so f'in over with West Herr, its summer time and the weathers fine! ( I won't delete my web pages but they are not front page news any more). It nice to have all your ducks in a row! The Cops are cool (OK, DOG, real, phat, bomb, alright, huge, what ever term floats your boat), I'm cool, (most always), West Herr is not Cool (want-a-be's not cool), but we all know where we stand! You know what after my experience with want-a-be gun permit carrying idiot this week. I'm going to give the powers that be IE: The feds a something, if they haven't already figured it out (Courtesy of Tom Helta  Biker Gang & Mafia want-a- be) in NY State, heck every state above the Mason Dixie Line. If you want to find criminals and cops on the take: Just pull every concealed carry permit issued to non law enforcement and, or family, or court personal, because 9 out of 10 will be issued to want-a-be's or their real criminal masters and recommended by their bad or questionable cop buddies (check the reference section). The other 1 out of 10 will be issued to  legitimate business people and celebrities referred by honest good cops( no good or bad  poor people get permits). There will be so many people identified that you could not possible go after all of them, but at least you will know who all the players are and who the bad or questionable cops are.

Also just like my mother use to tell me: Guns are for cowards!( I think that's self explanatory considering my experience this week). On that note, I like to commend the Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown and Buffalo Police commissionaire Gibson for again getting out there and promoting  this years Cash for guns program. Even though the chances of getting a gun permit if your poor are zero and your not a want-a-be.

 It's the same story Guns just escalate violence, any coward with no ability or life experience can point a gun and cause a tragedy instead of a shouting match, instead of an argument, instead of tempers flaring, instead of the best man winning or losing  and everyone living another day to savoir life. It can, will end up in death. They don't respect you any more! They don't respect your group any more! They don't even respect the gun anymore than before you used it, or flashed it or brandished it! They just realize that their looking at a coward, a fool and a dead man, because like the bible says those who live by the sword (GUN) die by the sword (GUN), and sooner or latter that gun with probably be your demise. Sadly it's the same for Cops at work (and home), they will most  die likely from injuries related to guns, or autos,  the perceived main tools of there trade.

I don't know about you but I prefer to let the professionals, the police carry the guns around, my fight is more intellectual, brains rather than brawn( I don't even like losing my temper because its useless and will probably stroke me out at my age ( I guess in cave man days it felt good because you could just kill animals or opponent's and walk away, but a temper now a days, because I'm not a killer or criminal, I feel hopelessness with it when I'm attacked f'd over, exhorted, violated or forced into a corner, because you can't use that rage or temper! So I end up with a head ach clutching my chest leaning against a wall. ( I mean you get a little loud or have an argument with somebody f'ing you and the same f'ers are calling the cops on you to force their criminal intent to defraud you down your throat!  It doesn't matter how loud of an environment your in. If your disturbing the peace, which is what I'm thinking their excuse for calling the cops was with me, true or not, wouldn't that presume their was some peace in the first place or that somebody wasn't committing a crime against me?  Also the lieutenant went off on me just as loud when I tried to show him the law on paper that went against his explanation( no big deal he's a man I'm a man its posturing), I just put my palms out hands crossed and said I don't want no argument with cops. (It will get you thrown in jail, Just take it and let them sort it out, It don't matter if they are justified or not, Wrong or right, them not arresting me for West Herr's treachery was only on my mind!) My only goal at that minute. You know that would have been that except after it was all settled and I was forced to pay the bill and waiting for my truck( and I would guess this is why they call cops peace officers) Tom Helta had to come out and keep adding demands on( like he didn't try to defraud me), first it was I'm suppose to be off the property, then it was I'm not to come back to that particular property, then I was to stand on one foot bend over and take it in the ass with his pearl handled revolver, to tell you the truth I don't know if this Tom Helta was a off duty cop working security or a big shot, but the hair doo screamed stuck in 70's cop and the way he was ordering that lieutenant around I thought he was the Chief of police or Mayor of Hamburg). I guess from trying to protect the departments freebee's( you would have thought this guy was golden boy it reminded my of the time Golden boy railroaded me with the Cheektowaga cops when I was young for $300 for a broken door at Snotto's same exact MO'), I can read people better than I'm read and I've seen this scene before. Hum, is this suppose to be Golden boys replacement? come on? I don't think so!

 Is filling a compliant with the DMV( I want to recover what I'm defrauded of and protect others), Ford motor company and one with the President of West Herr ford harassment? No!  I only filled one complaint with them on their website highly reasonable (if you got more than one copy its because your lame ass website kept saying error our web people will correct try again like nothing got sent threw), and complaining on Youtube when their channel ask for comments and they can block any sender? Yeah right? WRONG! Sending a link to the videos of your sabotage to my truck to your competitors as a sales tool for them to use? That's just funny!

Also I'll spout my opinion all I want on any website not West Herr's as is my right as a American, including this one, (cry me a river) and guess what I was putting this whole ordeal on back burner ( now it's up for another 3 days, my father use to say any man that can stay mad more than 3 days is no good and I don't want to make a liar out of his belief in his sons goodness GRHS) until Brown left me a message yesterday that I got today, (dam Verizon or is it the FBI tapping my phone or voicemail again? No I could hear them talking in the background discussing what I was doing or saying when that happened, nice feed back. Plus your cell phone battery burns up fast)! Like I told the one cop at West Herr the other day. After he said to me jokingly try not to go around bending people in half. I said you don't get to my age by going around bending people in half. And we both laughed, and then we got into a discussion on why police don't use 4 by 4 pickup trucks. I mean ducking down and getting into a car all day or getting out has to be a strain on a cops body, plus with a pickup truck the perp goes off road, you can go off road without harming your vehicle, then is their all the storage space! The suburban's the NYS troopers use are nice but I still think pickup trucks are the way to go, horsepower, size and weight, storage and speed! (Preferred vehicle of most cops when off duty!)

Also this Tom Helta he's a public character, his names in every paper and online all over as a spokesman for West Herr Ford, so using his photo or saying he's a want-a-be in my opinion on this opinion site and any other site that asks for my opinion or comments if fair use under trademark and copyright law as is the name West Herr Ford! The east side of Buffalo, Angola, Sunset Bay, Beaver Island, High Banks, Allegany , Ellicottville, Kissing Bridge, Sherkston Beach Niawanda Park any place. We where cool, bikers would come hang with us, woman would come hang out with us, anybody. We (at least me, and most of us) didn't act like anybody but ourselves, a little rowdy, a little crazy sometimes but always real. My being myself at one time or another has had me hanging out with bikers, mobsters, cops, x-cops, millionaires, rock stars, NFl football players, NBA players, former NFl football players, models, NFl cheerleaders, businessmen, business woman, scientist, servicemen, felons, x-felons, gang members, x-gang members, homeless people , addicts, drunks, Mexicans, Blacks, Arabs, Pakistanis, India's, native American, Jews, just about every sort of life their is.

Or want-a-be's and criminals are just to stupid to figure out when you f somebody over you don't always get away with it, and the secret is you have to size up or qualify everybody and when your wrong with your assessment to avoid taking a beating settle on the other persons terms( but want -a-be's and the criminal can't do that that's why they end up in jail). This is why want-a-be's and criminals f up! They want to dictate the terms even though their not in the position to dictate the terms!( So they think if they get the cops on their side they'll be in that position when they get the cops their!) They need to prove to the people they want to be( the criminals), they are one of them. But those people, real criminals see want-a-be's for what they are a criminals mark and lackeys. Also want-a-be's don't realize they're the criminals mark, and real people like me we aren't the marks. They can't seem to grasp that until its to late for themselves!( So they call the cops because they believe the cops owe them a favor for free stuff or discounts given them, but that's not why you give cops free stuff and discounts if your a non criminal) As for me I'm right where I want to be, until I want to be someplace else or doing something else and guess what? I dictate the terms of my life and not all you want-a-be's or criminals! ( Oh one more thing! The cops know your a want-a-be criminal and your their mark and not the other way around, but they also know the rules when dealing with real people. Real people first want-a-be's criminals to the back of the line no matter how much you try to suck cop dick, (give them free stuff in exchange for doing your bidding!) Cops also know that if push comes to shove and they are being rail roaded by the former DA's office and they did nothing wrong and everyone's turned their back on them or even if every civilian is sticking up for them and their still getting no results I'm pretty good at making an truthful argument from the facts at hand for them that they can use or their lawyer can use to at least save their retirement! You see the best thing about not being a want-a-be, not being a mark and being truthful is credibility! Let me elaborate further. Yahoo news...MRAP trucks: Afghan savior or boondoggle? I saw this article and I have a couple things to say. This truck and life saving equipment for the Marines and our soldiers are great. After all we Americans really don't object to being the worlds police, and fighting injustice. We object to losing lives doing  it. And with technology what it is today we should be able to do this job with minimal life loss to our soldiers and servicemen. This thing is good!

The only thing I would suggest is that they take a modular approach to vehicles and start with a vehicle with a flat box frame at least 6-8ft off the ground, and then have modules like the V hull that deflects IED blast that bolt under when needed. Military Vehicles should be modular including MRAP's

The other day my Mother called me  all hysterical! I had just gotten back from MD and my mother hadn't heard from my brother in about  3 days and I hadn't seen him since I got home. She asked If I had seen him? I said no. She starts freaking out wah, wah. I'm thinking she is going to stroke out or have a heart attack. She says Erie County Corrections left a message on my sisters phone answering machine at her home in MD at 3:30am last night. I say what? She says: They left a message to contact them about Bob having a arrest warrant for money he owes, or something like that. So she's going! He's in jail! He must be in jail! I say Ma, hold on he's not in jail. I see his car outside and I heard him outside talking earlier. It is probably a collection agency trying to collect a debt (their intent was to scare and make her think this by leaving a message at 3am). Are You sure it's not Erie County collections?  Remember, I use to work for a Company called Clark county finance in Clark County NV  in N. Las Vegas but we didn't have anything to do with Clark County even though a lot of people made that mistake. ( I just sold accounting and tax services, it was a CPA firm). (story cont...)

It's easy to find these idiots. I have in the past walked into a collection office asked the receptionist where the guys sitting and she would either point him out or walk me to his desk, where I pulled up a chair and asked the bill collector harassing me to say what he said to me on the phone to my face. The other fun thing to do is to walk to the front desk and stand by the receptionist. Talk to her. Then just start pointing at random people and give them the evil eye, asking her is that him nicely? Because she didn't do anything to me. Actually you can talk about anything. The color of the walls. The clock on a wall. Ask her out on a date. You see all these collectors think they are above the law ( most do) and are bullet proof! When doing skip tracing it is standard MO for all of them to impersonate police officers while talking to companies or former landlords to get information. Using a fictitious Cop name like Captain Mogomba of the Metropolitan police department or Corporal first name My, last name Turnbinisdirty. ( Come on if your stupid enough to fall for a fictitious name for a woman's body parts from a Eddie Murphy movie and a non scenical generic police department name that doesn't exist while technically unethical, it's so outlandish that its probably considered constitutionally protect farce and free speech and a little funny if your communicating with a company to locate someone.) I guess I can see where police might think no harm no foul. But when you impersonate a police officer  with an official sounding name( Captain O'Leary) and official sounding police department( Bethesda Police department) and threaten a debtor with jail time, or say there's a police car on the way or you son owes this debt and is in jail and we will release him when you western union this money to us. (Most collection agencies know they aren't going to get paid by the person that owes the debt! Its by some relative. That's why they call relatives houses and it's also why a collage kid can get a credit line of 50k while in collage with no job on a credit card because they are betting the parents will pay off any debt the collage kid runs up!)  (story cont...)

You really are delusional if your a bill collector and think the police where you are located are going to let you gives cops a bad name for something they didn't do!

This idiot should have had his prison garb laid out for him and all his employees from day one. Hell he's lucky if someone doesn't put a bullet in him. These guys really must be delusional. Here's some advise when a bill collector calls you and its not the company that you owe the debt too! Tell them.  Don't every call me again. I don't pay off debts that are brought by collection companies for that have already been charged of and the company has taken a tax right off and recovered the money from the USA government already. I don't pay debts that the collection company has purchased for pennies on the dollar! I don't pay collection companies for debts in which the statues of limitations on the validity of the debt have run out! Or tell them to f off, or what ever you want to tell them to go do. Don't pull the ends of a hair pin apart!  Don't string a button in between the ends and loop both ends over the hair pin! Don't twist the button around and around so when you release it spins. Also, I always argue this on this site even though we lost the war in Vietnam and pulled out, we really won what we set out to do. We should also be homing in threw technology on radio transmissions of the Taliban with homing bombs that track the signals from short wave and destroy the transmitters and user. Also attack their radio towers threw sabotage in foreign countries like Pakistani and actively attack websites that spread the word of radical Islamic hate threw our technological and even hacking those sites. If I can get a cell phone jammer on the internet that will jam everyone's cell phone signal within 150 yards we should be able to jam the signals we don't want going out in Afghanistan or Iraq reporting troop movements and or exploding IED's killing troops! Our secondary priority threw the CIA should be paying reward money to any group person or person in a foreign country like Pakistan or Afghanistan that can show they have disabled communication and radio towers that broadcast this Islamic fundamentalist hate no matter who owns the equipment government of radicals themselves. We can also reward hackers that live in the USA and abroad for hacking and bringing down those sites in other countries instead of hacking and committing identity theft in the USA. I will say that dealing with the IRS the last couple of year over my mothers tax problems dealing with the IRS has been fairly pleasant (really, no lie actually they have been most forth right and pleasant and I didn't mind talking to them), until now. A number that is small enough to be paid off at $100 a month but a number that if your have to open the bankruptcy case up again would be about the same as a lawyer, their also betting that she doesn't have the where if all to do it without a lawyer, everything's a f'in scam yet!
