You know their is nothing that gets me going as to people who display an indifference to a child, a teen, student, or elderly person, being abused, physically abused or menaced , or mentally abused, weather it be by another, student, child, or adult, or worse a group of people. I guess inaction by an adult or anybody can be excused if there is a fear on the part of the person who is not indifferent that interaction and action in trying to stop such abuse would result in the abused being abused worst or harm coming to the person trying to intervene.

If your a school bus driver and a child is getting harassed and beat and you would put everyone in jeopardy by stopping the bus or not paying attention to the road, then you have an excuse for not yelling back at the children, or taking more action!

But if you have a bus aide on the bus and you fail to tell the aide to stop the incident, and or the aide is indifference to the ruckus along with you. You have no excuse!BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A North Collins school bus driver and a bus aide are facing criminal charges.

Then in the same week a responsible driver, with the welfare of the children on the bus a priority!
