Let sleeping Dog(s) Lie,

or they May Sue your ass!

Unfortunately for MAK-Towers.

I agreed to a adjournment of this case, MAK Towers Lawyer contacted me and said he had a funeral to go to this weekend, and to save gas we agreed to his request for an adjournment, Until July 24,2008. Every party is usually allowed one, so technically Belmont has one coming and so do I, but the extra time will give me a chance to get a subpoena, because in order to prove Belmont shelter allowed illegally high rents above what is allowed by Hud and get my money back for my share, also I want copies of the Hud inspection reports to prove my apartments was really uninhabitable 99% of the time, the only time anything was fixed is when inspections where due, and then they would move appliances in to the unit and move them out after the inspections. Not allowed under Hud rules. I guess I can subpoena records for the purchase of appliances for each unit too! The longer that it goes on the more I will remember, because, this stuff had completely slipped my mind and to tell you the truth I was just about to delete all this stuff off my hard drive and shred all the old Belmont and MAK Towers papers( I was shred happy with the new shredder I brought at Walmart but, it broke and I ended up taking it back, but not before I decided to hang on to the stuff a little longer, then I got the bullshit invoice.

 

 You know the last place I was in I was forced to agree to move out and my reasoning was future section eight eligibility. Eligibility that frankly I figured Belmont Shelter and Marian Vanni would screw me on anyways. But the Lawyer, my Ma, and my sisters thought otherwise.

 So I settled but retained all rights to action against the landlord, just incase he tried some stuff like this, in court and I waited for my security deposit and after months of not getting my security deposit back I was peeved, I decided to sue the landlord, but then I said to my self. I don't need the hassle for $150.  I want to be done with all this, so I let it go.

But yesterday I get this bull shit invoice from  the Erie County PHA( Belmont Shelter) saying I have to pay them $99 for a Damage claim they paid to MAK Towers LLC and at the bottom it says questions regarding this invoice should be directed to Marian Vanni.

I'm a little peeved so I decide the call the number on the invoice in Buffalo because I don't want to deal with the Hamburg office and Marian Vanni. The Buffalo offices gives me the Belmont Shelter Hamburg offices number. It's funny I didn't tell them my name or go into any details, yet the woman on the phone told me I had to call this number. In hindsight this indicates to me they where expecting my call, they don't agree with the invoice, and they believe its a crock of shit by a dishonest on the take Town Consul man and she made the bed and she has to field the call.


 

Above is Guidelines for the program my old apartment  housing is in. Its from another state but they are just quoting HUD regulations to local PHA's so the guidelines should be exactly the same for NY or close, the only thing is you have to back things out that conflict with state rules that offer more protection such as paint and cleaning, peep holes in outside door and deadbolt lock hole allowed.

Accordingly everything in my unit was beyond its useful life and I should be charged nothing if I had damaged anything.

The only thing I will have to say that I disagree with above is, they are assuming that who ever installs or makes the repairs are properly trained and have the knowledge to do the repairs the right way!

Which is almost never the case! So the assumptions on are flawed and the life expectancies on miss installed or repaired stuff should be zero at most unless the proper training or licenses' can be established for the people making the repairs or all the steps of repairs are documented by photos to conform to guidelines' even hand out's from Home depot or Lowes or some other source.


Most surprising thing is when I called and asked for Marian Vanni nicely at the Hamburg office they put me threw. I go in my very best convincing soft voice: Marian Vanni Mike B***** here. She goes who is this? Then acts like she doesn't know me. Then she starts stuttering, even though she just approved the false $99 charge against me and well, she knows who I am. (I think: Don't f'in act like you don't know me, and like you haven't screwed me once again). I say f U ! You f'ing bitch ,you just brought yourself a law suite. I'm going to sue you, Belmont and Shezad, MAK Towers, don't f  with me and I hang up.

I'm f'in livid! I have to down 3 anti adrenalin pills. This woman couldn't let sleeping Dogs lie.

 (I realized last year the adrenalin in my body was making me sick (actually I surmised this a long time ago, but wasn't able to prove it until I was prescribed propranolol), adrenalin impairs your neurons, it makes my joints ach (rheumatoid arthritis), it makes my hands shake, and puts my blood pressure threw the roof, it also causes me to end up in the hospital with panic attacks, and conjecture leads me to believe it may be the number one contributing factor in knocking our bodies chemicals out of balance, causing mental disorders and addictions and I think the control of the effects of adrenaline is the key to recovery from all these problems.)

I have to take shit from this woman the rest of my life?  I don't need a new old wacko woman in my life long term.

 I know you just have to find excuses to interact with me, but it will never happen between us , but if you can't live without seeing me you can come to this site and look for my picture and imagine it's me with you, when your with your husband, it works for other woman (no shame in a little sex fantasy or human contact, its flattering to be the object of someone's desire.

 When I was a teen, I fantasized and wanted contact with every woman I met, hell I'll admit it I would take the long way to class once a day just to see a particular girl 4 grades older than me( I was in 8th grade and she was in 10th grade), I'm some what more selective now with looks, and body particulars when fantasizing now) but I'll be nice to any woman I met  and fans are always welcome, just don't yell out my name in the throws of passion.( men anytime something's not making sense, this is usually the reason)

 I'll help you out. I've just named my body part Todd , now if you yell out oh Todd while fantasizing about me by mistake, your husband might not notice!( Get it Oh Todd, OH Todd, sounds like OH God, OH God, OH Mike doesn't HA! HA! HA!)

I've had my fill of wacko's and they where all young.

I'm not trading up in age unless there sane and really put out! From the looks and acts of you Marian you are neither in my opinion!


You know I have talked to woman that say:

Hey! I like Marian she really gets into her Job.

I will give her this she shows up everyplace, she shows up at town meetings all over the place. If you look at the minutes of meetings in almost every jurisdiction board meetings, Marians name pops up as making some kind of appearance or statement. This can mean two things: She actually wants to do her job and forge relationships that will help people,

 or she's a power hungry interloper.

I tend to support the idea that she's a power hunger interloper trying to rack up brownie points with her friends and political machine, by abusing her power and her job as a consul man and Belmont Shelter Hud program administrator and she believes she can do what ever the hell she wants with no repercussions, and dump her towns problems on other communities like Gowanda with the blessing of that towns police chief, the hell with the poor and disabled, because they are the least likely to defend there selves. Also from personal experience she doesn't do her Belmont job, paper work, notices, anything in a timely fashion, or as prescribed by law.

Amazingly while she was dumping these problem people with there drug problems into that building, the Gowanda police where all over my current landlord Ray's ass. ( Who is a successful business man, hard working family man, Italian Guy with kids trying to make a honest buck, real good guy,  so he's all demonized and f,d over and it was Marian Vanni  causing the drug trade to flourish not Ray) to evict his client tenant and close the under age club two buildings down to stem drug dealing they attributed to the one day every 1 or 2 months the place was open( I attribute it to Marian Vanni not my current Landlord or his old client tenant).

 The biggest problems I would see on my trucks hidden camera was  racial problems with Coffees' kids being called N's by some of the white kids and fight's accruing twice because of this. Then the police wanted to punish the black kids who where the victims and then Don would tell Coffee she has to get out.( I intervened and told what I heard and saw, which Don didn't really like) and the one tall blond kid was dealing and maybe like to joy ride cars like my neighbor Dave whose car was stolen 3 times before I moved in, but he tough he was funny and would touch the truck or dive under it, when I check for damage to the truck, he would wine to his friends that I was out there in seconds  when something went down and I would appear instantly because of the camera in my truck transmitting to a monitor in my apartment because Don made me park at the end next to the corner when I first moved into my apartment . So I would see all the kids congregated on the Fridays the place was open, and to tell you the truth most all of the kids where well behaved and stood around doing a hacky sack bean ball, skate board, or just hanging and


My ma's the only woman older than me that I want in my life. I almost forgot my older sister every month or so. I can handle that, and there's room for my younger sister in Maryland and her kids a couple times a year. That's about my time allotment and fill of stubborn  older woman I want.


 I need a slightly younger or a much younger  than me, but over 25 years old woman, a hot and sane woman in my life.

A woman that will keep her panties on in public. If she doesn't want to keep them on, she has to do it with me every 20 minutes, or so, so my head don't blow off my shoulders lusting for her when she teases me.

 Hell, I'll even stay home and she can work or I'll stay behind her or/ and hold her hand when she needs help. I'll have her selling millions in no time( she can pick what ever turns her on to sell, it don't matter to me), if she's good looking enough to peak my interest for a couple of years or maybe more and she wants to learn( she can keep 90% of what she nets too). Hey I'm easy.

I left that apartment in better condition than the day I moved in except for the dam 50 year old vinyl floor that wore threw in the kitchen, that Joe tried to make, make shift repairs on twice and that kept peeling back up also.

I even got written permission to install cable or satellite in my apartment and drill holes.

I plastered all nail holes, I plastered the bad plaster repair from the landlords' guy from the previous tenant and primed them with white primmer( by law landlord has to paint after every tenant, and clean after every tenant no charge). I even painted the rusted out and broken screen door.

It took me 3 whole days to clean the bathroom when I first moved in until it was useable.

 Then when the bathroom ceiling leaked every time it rained and they finally repaired the leak after months. I put the new ceiling tiles in the last hours before the Belmont inspector came because there guy didn't show up as a favor to Don. I also helped with the kitchen floor when Joe didn't have the time. I installed a dead bolt lock, I aligned and painted the screen door. I removed all the rot from the windows that where painted shut and returned them to functionality, and chased all the drug dealers selling drugs outside away.

I almost forgot last Thanksgiving Day 10-20lb of Debris falls threw my Kitchen ceiling, the beams rotted.

For all of this I had to pay above market rent to live in that shit whole, and let every psycho strung out unwed mother druggy or recovering druggy stand outside my window and yak, let there kids dent my truck and I pretty much play dad to all the unsupervised kids( that was the fun part I use to laugh because if I was sleeping, rolling over sleeping or getting out of bed, I would make and man in pain sound, or grunts, and all the kids outside my window or in the stairwell next store would yell that's Mike and run away and then come back and do it again when they heard me again, its hard not to have your heart melt for all those kids and the situation there in...)

 I tried to  make sure the kids didn't run into the street, etc when the mother weren't around, or weren't paying attention. Then I had to leave because Marian Vanni was putting these people in there as a favor to constituents, the last ones boy friend would beat her because she slept with every man that walked by, so some how I had to move out of the home I made because she was afraid of any man that didn't f' her and not stay the night' or didn't want to f her skinny ass.  I just let the Landlord not return the security deposit. All this just because I wanted to be done with it.

I love where I live now , no hassles, after all, why should I get hassled?

 I pay my rent on time every time. I can show you canceled payments for rent, everyone made on time since I've been renting over 20 yrs. I'm a landlords dream when it comes to paying rent and maintaining apartments. I even have renters insurance. My place is generally 95% spotless, I clean it once a week, the toilet everyday, and the tub or shower every time I use it. Hell, I wash my truck 2-5 times a week.

But no! This woman, just couldn't let it go. She has to get the last jab in, actually she has to get an extra jab in. Reason leads me to believe that if she isn't getting kick backs and pay offs, she would have denied the damage claim as false because it was, now I have to sue!

 Never mind that she's been exposed as a unethical abusing power hungry elected official.

Who luckily for her, the only reason she not in jail for violating the Hatch act or she didn't lose her job at Belmont or as a Town councilman is because no precedence has been set in the courts yet to tie her illegal activities into the Hatch acts prohibition against what she is doing to a non for profit company doing the governments work for them in there name, after all this invoice says its from the Erie county PHA but it tells me to contact Marian Vanni a Belmont Shelter employee. That precedence didn't exist before for non profits, but was set for some other government programs such as head start programs when someone else sued in the courts.

Then there's the damage to my truck while I am going to let the Damage the Kid Molokai did slide because I yelled at him when it happened and he didn't know the difference, because no one probably ever told him not to open doors into other cars until that night even though I have it on video.

I  am suing the landlord for the damage to my truck from falling icicles, because he had no, and has  no gutters up and I told him he needs to put gutters up  the year before  when I was stuck in the head by a 20lb ice chunk and he never fixed the problem.
