The NYS power authority should be dolling out low cost power to companies that open eco friendly manufacturing plants that manufacture solar power equipment and wind power and all alternative fuels and also electric cars manufactured and assembled here close to the source of that power in WNY. I call it the: *** ****** ********** ****** ™! (have to get website name registered). This way we are using eco friendly power, any power that when transmitted long distances looses a great deal of that energy threw heat loss to make eco friendly energy solutions that can be used where needed close to the source. If we eliminate the biggest part of the thermal loss by changing to close or at source electrical power generation we reduce our carbon out put by not having to build coal fire electric plants that pollute and no one wants in their back yard or close to the source of consumption because of the eye sore and logistics of rail shipping to these plants.( In all actuality building coal plants near the source of consumption would also be better than building away from the source and cut carbon emissions in half). Its smart energy planning seek reduction in energy use by limiting losses due to thermal dynamics by the use of eco friendly energy at the source to make eco friendly energy generating products that can be used at the source (away from the production source of these products) further reducing energy loss threw thermal dynamics and the biggest plus no pollution and a carbon footprint decrease everywhere implemented!
